Role - Production Design & Fabrication
I teamed up with my good friend director Cissi Efraimsson to production design and fabricate the world of the Troglodyte. I wanted it to feel at once cinematic and playful. I took reference from 90s music videos and 60s films and created several locations that would feel recognizable and at once new. It was important to create highly detailed set pieces and set dress the locations. For this I use a mix of handmade props, sourced some miniatures that I then customized and aged as well having others custom 3d printed. I also created molds for props and for the shrimp puppets.
