Role - Creative Director/ Animator

“Always at midnight”is an experimental animated film that weaves the personal myths my grandmother and aunts would use to scare me as a child, in it they try to recount their own childhood fear of the dark and the monsters dwelling there in rural Mexico of the 50s. Their voices are pieced together and their memories are put in conversation through the dialogue of the film while clay forms their amorphous descriptions and becomes the morphing embodiment of their fears.
